303 Beverley Road, known then as The Beverley Imperial, was built in 1956. Originally built as a rental only building, like many other buildings in Brooklyn it was converted in to a cooperative in the 1980s. At the time of construction, 303 Beverley was one of the tallest residential buildings in Brooklyn.
