- Maintenance payments, rent, garage payments and bike room payments are due on the 1st of every month
- Rent payments can be remitted in person at the JK management office via cash, check or money order
- Maintenance payments are collected by Habitat Management. They can be dropped off in the lockbox in the mailroom area, or by following the instructions for e-payment sent by Habitat (contact Alejandro.Benavente@habitat.nyc with questions)
