Doormen: The doormen are there for security, to accept and organize packages, to admit or refuse visitors and help direct residents with questions and or issues

Porters: The porters keep the building clean! They handle the trash and recycling, sweep and mop the floors, clean the elevators and stairwells and the exterior sidewalks.

Superintendent: The super oversees the porters work and does both major and minor repairs around the building. Everything from replacing light bulbs to fixing leaky pipes and broken locks.
