Building Resources

GENERAL

-There are shopping carts available to all residents in the room closest to the East 4th st. exit on the left side. PLEASE RETURN CARTS PROMPLY.

-The bike storage room is in the basement and available to residents for $10 per month. To add your name to the waiting list contact management.

-There is a community bookshelf available in the basement.

-There is a clothing donation in the basement, contact green303@googlegroups.com if the bin is full, it is picked up by The Big Reuse.

-The super is available for minor in-unit repairs for a fee.

-The porters are available for help with odd-jobs, window washing etc. for a fee.

-The intercoms can be used to contact the front-desk and buzz in guests.

-Mailbox keys (if not provided by previous owner) can be obtained from management.

-Exterminator services are available for no fee on a monthly basis. Please sign up on the sheet in the mail room.

PACKAGES AND THE PACKAGE ROOM

-All packages are delivered to the building’s lobby and residents are notified via Buildinglink. To sign up, please contact management.

-USPS, UPS, Fedex and Amazon pick up regularly. Outgoing packages can be left with the doorman.

-Please pick up your packages in a timely manner, especially large ones!

-The package room is limited to staff only, please ask for your packages. If the doorman isn’t available or on break, do not enter the package room.

LAUNDRY

-The laundry room is located in the basement and is open 24 hours.

-Laundry carts must stay in the basement.

-New laundry payment cards can be requested with the weekday doorman.

TRASH AND RECYCLING

-There are trash rooms on every floor including the lobby containing a garbage chute as well as a plastics and paper recycling bin.

-Large boxes must be broken down and taken to the basement trash room.

-Ask the porters for information on disposal of larger furniture, electronics etc.

-Compost bins are located on E. 4th St. to the left of the building exit. Compost cannot be left in the trash rooms and must be brought to the bins by residents.

AIR CONDITIONERS

-All air conditioners in units MUST be in sleeves. Window ACs are not allowed.

-Thru wall ACs are not the same as window units. You must purchase units that only vent from the back, not the sides.

-There are two heights for AC sleeves in our building: 15’’ and 18”.

MOVING IN AND OUT

-Moving is permitted on weekdays between 9 AM and 5 PM.

-Please see Gordon to schedule your move and get a dedicated elevator.

-A moving in/out deposit must be provided to management
